Jessica’s perspective on practice:
In my practice, I strive to work as a team with the client to facilitate the change the client is
striving for. My goal is to provide you and/or your child with skills to improve your collective
quality of life at home, school, work and in peer relationships. Through the use of REBT
techniques and solution focused therapy, we will assess how your thoughts and feelings
influence your choices and behavior patterns, with the goal of enhancing your self-awareness,
confidence and happiness within yourself and your relationships.
You are the expert of your life. I am here to support, learn and provide helpful interventions to
meet your personal goals.
