Josienne’s perspective on practice:
In my practice, I strive to empower individuals, couples and families with abilities to help them manage undesirable reactions to stress. My goal is to ultimately assist in your pursuit of improved quality of life. Modern living can take a significant toll on the human mind, body and spirit. I work with individuals, couples and families to come up with personal plans to maximize daily enjoyment and minimize unpleasant emotional responses. Through the use of REBT techniques, in our sessions together, we will examine your thoughts, feelings and behavior patterns, uncovering unhelpful thought processes and challenging obstacles to well-being.
I specialize in Stress Management. I work with a range of emotional and behavioral issues, spanning from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. I offer personalized approaches, tailored to each of my clients’ individual needs to help attain their own personal well-being.
Change can be uncomfortable. Like many new endeavors, self-improvement and exploration can be easier with acceptance and support.
