Course Description:

This workshop is focused on covering an overview of common practices during divorce proceedings in Louisiana.  We will go over subpoenas, testimony and ethical concerns. It is aimed to ease apprehension and uncertainty that comes up in mental health professionals when dealing with the legal system through concentration on professional standards of care, ethical principles and peer supported practices.

Those individuals attending and successfully completing this workshop will be granted 2 continuing education hours approved by NBCC.
